Why am I receiving new SeedPods automatically?

If you have received a shipping notification for SeedPods that you don't recall purchasing, you may likely be enrolled in the SeedPod Membership that you signed up for.

The SeedPod Membership is a flexible, recurring plan that allows you to swap out new plants once your current plants are near completion (this is based on our estimated growth times listed in the app). We notify you 7 days prior to your shipment renewing, prompting you to select a new plant or manage your membership. If you do not swap your plant within the 7 day window, your existing plant will renew.
