If you are not receiving a password reset email, this typically means that the email address is incorrect, or a login has not yet been created yet. Please review the below steps for your case:
Scenario #1 - You are trying to log into your ēdn App:
- First, make sure you are using the correct email address. You will not receive a reset password email if the email address is incorrect.
- Secondly, try using the "Sign-in with Apple" button. If you initially set up your account using this sign in option, you will need to use it every time moving forward.
Scenario #2 - You are trying to log into your SeedPod Membership Account on our website:
- First, make sure you have a login to begin with. If you purchased a SeedPod Membership and did not create a login during checkout, you will not have sign-in access. Try creating a login here with the email address used to purchase your SeedPod Membership.
- If successful, you will be able to access your active Membership instantly.
- If you receive the message "An account with the given email already exists", this means that you do have a login setup under this email. Please try signing in with your login credentials. Proceed to follow the Forgot Password steps if you have forgotten your login.
Scenario #3 - You are trying to log into your SeedPod Membership Account on the ēdn app:
- If your SeedPod Membership email is synced with your same ēdn app email address, then you should see your Membership details directly in the app. To confirm, select the hamburger option menu in the top left hand corner from your app dashboard. Select 'Membership'.
- If your Membership does not load after a few moments, this means that a different email was used to purchase your Membership and you will need to try the steps for Scenario #2 above.
- If you would like your membership to be synced with your ēdn app, you will need to cancel your existing membership and start a new one directly through your app account.
