ROSEMARY GROWING GUIDANCE
What To Expect (Day 1) :
Rosemary is a slow growing plant that requires a small amount of water to thrive, so make sure to never overwater your garden and always allow for drainage between waterings. You should begin to see small rosemary plants in just a few weeks.
Touchpoint 1 (Day 45) :
Your rosemary should be nearing about 4 inches in height by now. If you want to use a small amount of fresh rosemary at a time, you can pick off a few of the leaves whenever you need from the top parts of the plant. Make sure to always evenly take from each plant so that you allow each plant the opportunity to regrow where you have picked (this also promotes newer and fuller growth).
Harvest (Day 80) :
Your rosemary should now be about 6-7 inches tall, depending on how much you have harvested thus far. Larger sprigs of rosemary leaves can be picked as needed by trimming the top ¼ of the plant or by completely snipping the plant at the base, depending on how much you plan to use. Once harvested, rosemary can be stored dried, fresh, frozen, or infused in waters and oils.
