It really depends on the seeds and what specific variety you purchased. When we test and ultimately purchase seeds to distribute through our store, we look for a few common characteristics; short stature, ability to grow hydroponically, and a temperature range of 65-80F. These types of plants usually work well in the SmallGarden. It's also worth noting that germination rates vary by species and seeds can be sensitive to how old the seeds are and also how they were stored - i.e. older seeds that may have inadvertently been exposed to temperature <32F will have a very low chance of success.
