You can definitely have different plants in different SeedPods - We just recommend keeping them similar (i.e. growing basil, thyme, and mint in a garden would work). We have also seen SmallGardeners grow bell peppers with their basil as well! By growing different plants, they will likely consume water at a different rate, so you might need to recalibrate your moisture sensor accordingly.
