EDN, Inc. Return Policy
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- A return authorization must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of delivery date. To request a return authorization, please contact our customer service team. Once approved, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label and further instructions to complete your return.
- You must return the product unused, and in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be unused, and included with your return or they will be subject to a replacement fee.
- You must return the product in all original packaging. If the original shipment box has been discarded, please contact our customer service team and we will send a replacement shipping box for a fee.
Please allow 2-5 business days for all returned items to be inspected, and an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your bank statement.
Used products are not eligible for refunds.
SeedPod Return Policy
We do not offer replacements for Plant Your Own SeedPods as the user assumes all risk with planting their own seeds. For more information on sourcing seeds for custom planting in the SmallGarden, please refer to our PYO SeedPod guidelines here.
